  • Customer classification displayed in the Room status report export - Recently we introduced the improved customer classification (see below). With the latest update, you will be able to see them in the export of the Room status report so that your staff operating with the report can always identify the specific needs of each guest.
  • Automatic settlement - You now have greater freedom in deciding how much (what percentage) you want to automatically charge the customer for the booking. You can set it up by going to Settings > Services > Stay > Rate Groups.
