We improved how the system processes cancellations of product service orders. We also added information about which users created or most recently made changes to user-created items in Commander, allowing you to easily track modifications.

Improved

  • Updated user-created items in Commander—everything from space categories to export schedules—to include information about which users created or last updated them. You can use this feature to easily track employee modifications.  
  • Improved how the system processes cancellations of product service orders. When you cancel an order that has already been paid for, the system automatically rebates the entire cost of the order and marks it as canceled.
