  • Company and Travel agency profiles joined database - This will make life easier for everyone in the management who deals with corporate clients. Up until now, if you had travelers from a company e.g. and you also cooperated with the same OTA, you had to have one profile for the company (to have a corporate rate/invoice) and one for the Travel agency (to track reservations coming from this channel). Now, when you will be creating new Travel agency contract, you will be able to pick an existing company which is also an OTA. In the future, it will be possible to merge duplicate Companies and Travel agencies.
  • Quick links to the most used pages within Commander - In the past months, we identified the most used pages that mainly hotel management uses on a daily basis. Therefore, now when you click on Settings in the Menu, you will get quick links to Property (General Settings as before), Services, Integrations and Employees. We hope that this change will remove yet another unnecessary click.
  • Group summary in the Reservation module - This will help the Group reservation managers in any property dealing with this kind of bookings. New tab in the Reservation module Summary will give you quick overview of the booked spaces and guests within the selected group reservation.
  • Invoice due date pre-filled based on Company's setup - We understand that with having multiple corporate clients you may have different due date for invoice settlement agreements. For this reason we added a new field Invoice due interval to every company's profile which will then be pre-filled when issuing an invoice for this company.
